Kelly Baker
School Director
Kelly is a busy mother of four wonderful children and and the wife of her very supportive husband, Logan. She and her family live on a small farm in Woodford County where they raise goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys, ducks, and pigs. She loves the outdoors and loves raising her children around animals, learning about hard work and caring for God's creation.
In her free time you can find her reading a book, cross-stitching, or camping with her family.
Kelly studied at the University of Kentucky where she received her undergrad in Family Studies and then went on to receive her Master's of Education degree from Eastern Kentucky University. She has been working in education for more than 15 years.
Kelly has a passion for dynamic, Christ-centered education. She strives to create an environment where the personhood of all children is honored, no matter how young. She longs to help parents claim a stake in their child's education. And she endeavors for academic excellence for every student. Above all, she hopes to cultivate a learning environment that brings glory to God.
Kari Adams

Kari is the proud mom of two sweet and energetic children as well as a stepmom to her bonus daughter, who is a junior in high school. She and her husband, Bart have been married for 10 years.
In her free time, you'll most likely find her exercising or outside with her kids!
Kari studied Early Childhood Education at the University of Kentucky and received Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from Midway College. She has previous experience working as an Event Coordinator as well as a Health Education Coordinator to all age groups, from preschoolers to senior adults!
Kari has a passion for helping children learn about God’s creation and believes the best way to do so is to explore and have fun! She believes that investing in the hearts of the next generation while sharing the love of God is one of the most important jobs in the world.
Sarah Haynes

Megan is a mom of two loving littles and happy wife of Matthew. She moved to Versailles after meeting her husband in Lexington. They are loving raising their family in this sweet town.
In her free time, you will find her reading a book, gardening, hiking, or camping.
Megan graduated from Asbury University with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education. After finishing school, she made the commitment to stay home with her children until they were old enough to begin their own school adventure. She has extensive experience working with little ones in a play-based, Christ-centered environment.
Megan has a passion for partnering with parents to create a magical kindergarten experience. One that makes room for movement and play, but produces motivated, happy learners. Learners who have a solid foundation of math and literacy skills. However, her greatest desire as a teacher will always be to help her students learn about Christ and His love for the world.

Molly is the proud mom to three beautiful children! Her husband, Eric, serves in their home church as Children's Pastor. So it's safe to say that loving and serving children is a family affair!
In her free time you can find her cooking up a new recipe, dreaming of their next house reno project or just relaxing in the back yard with her family.
Molly has worked with children most of her life! She has served as a personal nanny, worked in childcare centers and even cared for children in her home. Molly holds an associates degree in Early Childhood Education.
Molly is passionate about connecting with each child individually because she believes that how you best create a nurturing environment where children can best learn. She strives to make each child feel seen, valued loved. Above all, she is passionate about teaching in an environment that combines play-based, hands-on learning with Christian values.
Sarah Rankin
Sprouts Lead Teacher
Sarah is the proud mom of two rambunctious boys, one fun loving little girl and the wife of T.A. She and her family live in Versailles where she has lived her whole life. She is happily raising her own family in this wonderful small town.
In her free time you can find her at the lake with her family camping and boating, reading a good book or just hanging out at home.
Sarah has been working with kids for much of her life. Starting out with babysitting, she has also taught in child care centers and has always volunteered in our church nursery. She is a ever-flowing fountain of kindness and patience, making her a fantastic toddler teacher!
Sarah is passionate about helping little ones learn in a loving, Christian environment and believes that all children are magical in their own right!
Mollee Harley
Acorn Lead Teacher
Mollee is the proud mom to two loving, energetic little people and married to her best friend, Zach. They also have a precious little Boston Terrier they call family.
In her free time, you will find her reading a good book, camping and enjoying the great outdoors. She's especially fond of the water.
Mollee has worked with children for over twelve years and has her Child Development Associates from Morehead University. She has spent her early childhood career as a nanny, in Christian child care centers and in Head Start programs.
Mollee loves teaching and works so hard each day because she thinks pouring into young children, loving them, and teaching them about a God that loves them is the most important work she could do. She knows that investing in these children is her part in making the world a better place.
Shaylyn Hampton
Yellow Oak Lead Teacher
Shaylyn is mama to one precious, adventure loving boy and wife to her best friend, Jordan. They live in Lexington with their spunky puppy, Belle.
In her free time you can find her reading one of the 10 books on her night stand, crafting or dancing.
Shaylyn graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree there in Social Work. She worked in the non-profit world until her son was born.
She loves children and has worked with them throughout her life in a variety of settings such as a childcare worker, a nanny, a dance teacher, and a Kid's Church volunteer.
Shaylyn is especially passionate about cultivating the social-emotional intelligence of children. She believes every child is a masterpiece uniquely created by God to receive and reflect His love. It brings her joy as a teacher to assist children in developing academic skills and Christ-like character.
Erin Clifton
Form 1 Teacher
Erin is a mom of two precious elementary aged children, Zac and Hannah. She is married to Jay- her best friend, love of her life, and high school sweetheart. She has called Versailles home for the past seven years.
In her free time you will most likely find her in or near water. She loves hanging out at the lake, swimming in the pool, or lounging in the hot tub. She also enjoys reading and playing games with her family and friends.
Erin received a Bachelors of Science in Education from Asbury University. While teaching in Fayette County she continued her education at Georgetown College. There she received her Masters of Education along with an endorsement for teaching English Language Learners.
Erin has over 10 years of experience teaching in many different venues- from public, to private, to home! What excites her most is teaching alongside parents, loving on children, and teaching them about Christ!

Brittany is a mom to three wonderful kids and has been married to her husband Adam for 10 years. They love to call Versailles home!
In her free time, you will find her crafting, photographing the outdoors, or partaking in any number of other activities that let her artistic abilities shine! Ms. Brittany is definitely our resident art expert.
Brittany has worked with young children for more than 10 years. She has spent the majority of that time in Montessori and Christian environments. She has a passion for bringing the principles of collaborative play, hands-on learning and respect for children to her classroom.
Above all, she wishes for children to learn in an environment where they feel valued and know and where God is at the center of all they do.
